Everyone has loved these christmas cookies including me They look fancy and taste delicious I get excited weeks before christmas about these until I am in the kitchen and remember that they bring up quite some time INGREDIENTS 1 egg1 2 vanilla bean or 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring 1 2 cup butter1 2 cup sugar2 3 cup ground almonds1 1 3 cups gluten free flour for cakes or cookies I use Dr Schaer Mix C apricot or strawberry jamconfectioners sugarCombine flour sugar and egg in a mixing bowl Scrape out half of the vanilla bean and add to bowl Cut butter into small pieces and lay out about the top Lastly sprinkle almonds on t
